Have you ever wondered what other cochlear implant users have found to work for them in the world of telephones and other phone technology? Plan to attend this important meeting to learn all the ways you can use YOUR implant system with land line phones and cellular technology. We will have phones and adapters you can try out and test how well they work, plus information you will find useful when you do venture into the world of cellular technology. Users of all implant systems will find this a beneficial meeting.

Note: please bring your own telephone information and/or cell phone if you have one for sharing and testing by others.

SAVE THE DATE:
Our next meeting will be held on October 15th. CDHH will be moving to a new home the first of October. Watch for information concerning the exciting move taking place at CDHH!

As usual, for those traveling a distance, we will meet at an eating place starting at 11:30 for a social time prior to the meeting. This month we will meet at Culver’s, just north of CDHH on 124th St.
Keep an eye on the WICI website!

Presenter: Deb Kravit-CDHH
This will be a fun, interactive workshop where we will uncover communication issues common to spouses and/or families. Communication tips, strategies and techniques will be generated as a result for everyday, practical usage. In addition, suggestions will be given specific to cochlear implants, learning to listen and reintegrating listening into ones’ life.

WICI appreciates the generous support of CDHH and Milwaukee Otologic that allows us to continue to operate, as well as webpage support by our webmaster @ net-solutionz.com
