The three device manufacturers: Advanced Bionics, Cochlear Americas and Med-EL all have online support groups listed on their websites for device specific information. CI-Circle and CI-Hear are brand neutral support groups run by leaders in the cochlear implant community – invaluable sources for support and information as well.
